We at the IERC began this publication in 1987 with Linn Belford as Editor; soon thereafter, Becky Gallivan joined the IERC staff and became Assistant Editor. In 2003, editing and production were passed on to the capable care of Dr. Laila Mosina in Kazan, the birthplace of EPR. At the same time, responsibility for the Newletter home page and the International EPR Society home page moved to an ETHZ server.

[Note added 2003: A new public issue, Vol. 13#1-2, is downloadable from the IES home page at ETHZ. Click here.]  One of every four issues is public. Each member of the International EPR(ESR) Society (IES) is an automatic subscriber to all issues.
[Note: Vol. 12, #4 is available for download by any dues-paying member of the IES .   If you are a member and have provided the IES with a valid email address, you should have received emails containing the codes with which to access all issues of Volume 12.
